Fleet
8 sites under management: naacp-snohomish-site (naacp-snoco.org, cut over), paula-rae-schmidt-site, backpackops-site, ameraid-site, wafamilyrelief-site, unify-20-site, sandbox-site (testing), ario-mock (A Rio Detail, Next.js). Roughly 22 Webflow sites still to port. All tracked in Umami.
Open items
- Durable VERCEL_TOKEN (owner): dashboard token, no expiration. The console breaks every 8 hours without it.
- Vercel GitHub App on Backpack-Ops: installed 2026-07-18. Repo migration executed: console, porter (private again), docs, list-hygiene, and all site repos live under Backpack-Ops. iese pending (Railway app install on the org). Commit identity: use the GitHub noreply author until david@backpackops.com is added as a verified email on the GitHub account; unrecognized authors make Vercel BLOCK deployments.
- Infisical machine identity (owner): workspace exists under david@backpackops.com; automation needs a machine identity to sync secrets.
- Hostinger VPS (owner purchase) for the Openship trial (ADR 08).
- INBOX_URL value (iese’s Railway URL) to light up the Inbox module.
- Postiz deployment decision for Social.
- AWS account + SES (owner, in progress). Hostinger VPS delivered and built: see ops-1; mail stack install in progress.
- Forms module: built and verified on the sandbox 2026-07-18. Remaining: adopt per client site with client approval, then retire Webflow projects.
- Real console auth: replace the shared password; biggest platform risk.
- NAACP events: migrate the legacy events CMS onto CMS v2 detail pages.
- Known content bug: NAACP /committee page still says “Portland” in template copy.
Deferred
- Fleet-level Content remains per-site aggregation only (owner choice).
- Moving static sites off Vercel (only if the Openship trial graduates).
